Sites built years ago and never touched. Businesses that are hard to find on Google. Owners paying well for complicated tools nobody ever explained to them. The gap is not talent. It is the distance between how good the work is and how it looks from the outside.
Live in Seven came out of watching that happen up close. Good tradespeople and shop owners were losing customers for one of two reasons: nobody found them, or what people found did not look trustworthy. Neither is a hard problem to fix. Both stay unfixed because the usual options are either too expensive or too complicated to be worth the trouble.
You do not need a large agency to grow. You need someone who understands your business, finds what is stopping new customers from arriving, and fixes it. Here, the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
Before this I built and ran my own digital and e-commerce projects: the sites, the online sales, the content, the ads, the customer acquisition. This came out of practice, not theory.
