This policy explains what information we collect through liveinseven.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We only collect what we need to reply to you and run the work you hire us for.
The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not sell data, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Live in Seven about your inquiry, appointments, reminders, customer service and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts, and only so those texts can be sent.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@liveinseven.com. Opting out of SMS does not affect email or phone contact about work already in progress.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive SMS communications from Live In Seven.
We do not use your information for anything you did not ask us to do.
Some information passes through companies that provide the tools we use. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and each is bound by its own privacy terms.
Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to twenty-four months, then deleted. Records tied to paid work, including invoices, are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
Whatever state or country you are in, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to contact@liveinseven.com and we will respond within thirty days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
Massachusetts residents, residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws such as California, and residents of the EU and UK have these rights by statute. We extend the same handling to everyone.
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a content security policy and a strict set of security headers. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. Client account credentials are never stored in plain text, and we request delegated access rather than passwords wherever the platform allows it.
No system is perfect. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting how we use information you already gave us will be sent to you directly.
