Google Local Services Ads

Be the first name on Google, with the badge next to it.

Local Services Ads sit above the regular Google results and carry the Google Verified badge. You pay per lead instead of per click, which makes it the strongest format for a service business on Cape Cod.

Google only enables Local Services Ads for certain trades. I will tell you before you spend anything.

What the management covers

The work around the leads.

01

Google verification, handled

License, insurance and background checks are required before the badge goes live. I run that process with you instead of leaving you to figure out the requirements for your category.

02

Service area and job types

Which towns you show up in and which jobs you want to be called for, set against a monthly budget you agree to and adjusted weekly against your real cost per lead.

03

Invalid leads disputed

Wrong number, out of area, someone selling you something. Those get disputed with Google so you are not paying for leads that were never jobs.

04

Monthly cost-per-lead report

How many leads came in, what each one cost and which ones turned into work. Your rating drives how much volume Google sends you, so reviews are tracked here too.

$35
per lead in cleaning and housekeeping

A real cost per lead from a Cape Cod cleaning account. Every market is different, so this is a reference point, not a promise.

Your lead spend is paid to Google, not to me

You set the monthly cap and Google bills you directly for the leads it sends. My management fee is separate, so you can always see what went to advertising and what went to the work around it.

How much should you put into ads, and what comes back?

Three answers and you get a recommended monthly investment, the budget that goes to Google, an estimated cost per lead and how many jobs it takes to pay for itself. Nothing is sent anywhere. It all runs in your browser.

Your own number, in dollars. A Cape Cod cleaning job usually runs $180 to $250.

Cost-per-lead figures are market estimates, adjusted for the trade, with the cleaning range anchored to a real Cape Cod account. They are not a guarantee. What you actually get depends on how much competition your town has, how good your offer is and how fast you answer the phone.
