If a written proposal or invoice says something different from these terms, the proposal or invoice governs for that project.
You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts. Published prices are in US dollars and current as of the date on this page:
Prices may change for new projects. A price already quoted to you does not change.
Advertising spend is not included in any monthly fee. What you spend on ads is paid by you directly to Meta or to Google, on your own payment method, in your own account. You set the cap and you can see exactly where it went. Our fee covers the work around it: strategy, campaign setup, targeting, creatives, budget adjustments and reporting.
Google Local Services Ads charge per lead rather than per click, and Google decides which trades and areas are eligible. We cannot guarantee eligibility, and the 20% management share is calculated on your actual lead spend for that month.
One-time projects are invoiced 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery, unless the proposal says otherwise. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. Annual plans are paid once at the start of the term.
Invoices are due on receipt. Work may be paused on accounts more than ten days overdue. Launched sites stay online; work in progress stops until the balance is settled.
Most landing pages and refreshes are ready within a few days. Business websites and Shopify stores usually take seven to ten days from the point where we have your content.
That clock depends on you. To keep it, we need your text, photos, logo, prices and any account access within a reasonable time of asking, and feedback on each round within two business days. Delays on your side move the delivery date by the same amount.
Every project includes two rounds of revisions on the agreed scope. Further rounds, or new pages, features and sections that were not in the proposal, are quoted separately before we do them. Nothing extra is ever billed without your written approval first.
Once your invoice is paid in full, the finished site, its content and its files are yours. Your domain stays in your name and your hosting account stays under your control. Nothing is locked to us.
You keep ownership of everything you supply: text, photographs, logos and trademarks. You confirm you have the right to use what you give us. We keep the right to show the finished work in our portfolio and on our social accounts unless you ask us in writing not to.
Third-party components such as fonts, themes, plugins and stock imagery remain under their own licenses, which pass to you where the license allows.
Monthly plans, including maintenance and ads management, run month to month with no annual contract. Cancel any time with fourteen days' written notice before the next billing date. The current month is not prorated, and we finish the month you already paid for.
If you cancel a one-time project after work has begun, the 50% deposit is not refundable and any work completed beyond it is invoiced at the agreed rate. Annual plans stop renewing on request; the remaining term of a plan already paid is not refunded, but the service runs to the end of it.
We build and manage well, but we do not control search engines or ad platforms. We do not guarantee rankings, lead volume, cost per lead, sales, or approval by Google or Meta. Estimates and calculators on our site are illustrative, based on typical results, and are not projections of your outcome.
Services are provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions or price changes at third parties such as Google, Meta, Shopify, your host or your domain registrar.

If you checked the SMS consent box, we may also text you about your inquiry, appointments, reminders, customer service and occasional promotional offers. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive SMS communications from Live In Seven.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts of Barnstable County, Massachusetts. If a clause here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
